Terms & Conditions - Barn til Bords Lunch Subscription
Effective from September 1st, 2025
Applies to students at OIS.
Barn til Bords provides school lunches delivered directly to students at OIS. We offer flexible options in both portion size and delivery frequency.
1. Subscription Options & Pricing
Portion Sizes:
Small (S)
Medium (M)
Large (L)
Delivery Frequency & Days:
2 days per week: Tuesday and Thursday
3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Subscription Duration:
✅ Option 1 – 10-month subscription
Valid from September 2025 to June 16, 2026 (last delivery day)
Based on:
71 delivery days (2-day subscription)
108 delivery days (3-day subscription)
✅ Option 2 – Subscription through 2025
Valid until December 19th, 2025 (end of school term)
Ends automatically
Based on:
32 delivery days (2-day subscription)
49 delivery days (3-day subscription)
Customers must place a new order for continued service in 2026
Pricing formula:
Monthly price = Price per meal × number of school days ÷ number of months in the subscription period
For the 10-month subscription: divided over 10 months (Sept–June)
For subscriptions through 2025: divided by the number of active months from start date through December.
All pricing and delivery follow the official OIS school calendar.
Holidays, breaks, and non-school days are excluded from the calculation.
2. Commitment Period
10-month commitment: September 1st, 2025 – June 16th, 2026.
Through 2025 commitment: Until December 19th, 2025 (ends automatically)
Late sign-ups will be adjusted according to remaining delivery days in the selected period.
3. Early Cancellation Fee
If the subscription is terminated before the end of the commitment period, the following fee will apply:
Fee (through 2025): NOK 150
Fee (from 2026): NOK 100
4. Refunds & Absences
Refunds are only given if the school cancels lunch delivery for a specific day (e.g. camp, ski day, etc.)
No refunds are given for absence due to illness, vacation, or other reasons initiated by parents/guardians.
5. Changing Subscription
If you change portion size during the subscription period (e.g. from Medium to Large), the price difference will be added to, or deducted from the next invoice.
6. Subscription End
10-month subscription ends automatically on June 16th, 2026 (last delivery day).
Subscription through 2025 ends automatically on December 19th, 2025.
Customers must actively renew or order a new subscription for continued service.
7. Invoicing & Payment
Invoicing is done monthly in advance.
Any changes, such as refunds or subscription adjustments, will be reflected on the following invoice.
