How do I log in to the customer portal?

To log in to the Customer Portal, click on “Customer Portal” in the upper right corner of our website. Here you can choose between “Kindergarten” and “Schoolchildren parents”

How can I change or cancel my lunch appointment?

You can easily change or cancel your lunch appointment by logging into the customer portal and going to the “Orders” section. Remember to save any changes you make.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Follow the instructions you receive by email to create a new password. Be sure to check for junk mail if you can't find the email.

How can I see today's menu?

You can find the menus of the day and week in the customer portal under “Menu of the week”. Here you will also see information about allergens and custom-made options.

How do I update allergies and special diets?

Log in to the customer portal and go to the “Preferences” tab. Here you can record or update information about allergies and special diets, so we always deliver meals tailored to your needs.

What do I do if I am locked out of my account?

If you are locked out of your account, try resetting your password first. If you still have problems, contact our customer service and we will help you get back on your account quickly.

When and how will the food be delivered?

We deliver the food between 09:00-10:45 with electric vehicles that follow optimized driving routes. Meals are delivered department-wise, packaged ready for serving and kept warm until the time of serving.
