Barn til Bords Subscription Terms & Conditions
Valid from September 1, 2025
Children to Bords offers subscription schemes for tasty lunch meals delivered to school pupils. Below are the current terms and conditions of our subscriptions.
1. Subscription types and pricing
Subscriptions are priced based on the number of school days in the year and selected number of delivery days per week:
5 Day Subscription
4 Day Subscription
3 Day Subscription
Holidays and school free days are included in the calculation
Monthly price calculation:
Price per month = Price per meal × number of school days ÷ 10 months
The monthly subscription price is fixed and distributes the total amount evenly over 10 months (September—June), regardless of the number of school days in the individual month.
2. Binding time
Standard binding: 10 months (September—June, out school year)
Subscription out 2025: Valid for the rest of the calendar year only, with price based on remaining school days in 2025
3. Breakage Fee
In case of termination before the expiration of the binding period, the following break fee will be incurred:
Breakage fee from 2025: NOK 150, -
Breakage fee from 2026: NOK 100, -
4. Refunds and absences
Refunds are granted only if the school takes students out of the food scheme (e.g. camp school, ski day, etc.)
No refund is given in case of absence due to illness, vacation or other private absence
5. Change of subscription
In the event of a change of subscription (e.g. change in portion size), any interchanges will be added or deducted on the next month's invoice.
6. Renewal
Subscriptions out 2025 end automatically on December 31, 2025
Customers must actively order a new subscription for 2026 if delivery is to continue.
7. Billing and payment
Billing is done in advance every month.
Adjustments (e.g. reimbursement for school days without delivery or changes to subscription) appear on the subsequent monthly invoice.
